Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using learn.pk ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Course Enrollment and Access

• Upon enrollment, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access course content
• Course access is for personal, non-commercial use only
• You may not share your account or course access with others
• Lifetime access means access for as long as learn.pk operates and offers the course

5. Payments and Refunds

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated
• Payments are made via manual JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer, verified by our admin team from your submitted payment proof
• Refunds are handled manually: you may request a refund for a paid course, and our admin team reviews and decides each request
• If a refund is approved, your payment is marked refunded and your access to the course is removed; if it is declined, your access is unchanged
• Free courses have no payment and so are not refundable

6. Teacher Terms

• Teachers retain ownership of their original course content
• By publishing on learn.pk, teachers grant us a license to host, market, and distribute the content
• Teachers receive 70% of course revenue from direct sales and 50% from marketplace-driven sales
• Teachers must ensure their content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• We may remove courses that violate our content standards without prior notice

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute course content without permission
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Post offensive, defamatory, or harassing content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Platform
• Create fake reviews or manipulate ratings
• Impersonate any person or entity

8. Intellectual Property

The learn.pk name, logo, and all platform content (excluding user-submitted content) are the intellectual property of learn.pk. You may not use our brand, trademarks, or content without express written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that courses will result in specific outcomes. Course content reflects the views of teachers, not learn.pk. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of teacher-provided content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, learn.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
